 | Merrill Airdyne dryer designs are used in the manufacture of all dryers sold with SPM conventional equipment. Single pass, top & bottom regulated air flow. Modular construction can incorporate 2 to 7 modules. The temperature and air flow of each of 9 m zones are individually controlled. All controls are accessible via the “Touch screen” at the operator console. |
 | The Merrill Airdyne dryers are supplied with the SPM exhaust heat recovery systems which make them the most energy efficient drying solutions available. Heated white water is circulating in a closed circuit from and to the storage tanks. Typical Gas consumption average 2.7 kW per kg of paper. |
 | End line Equipment: According to the type of packaging SPM supplies different equipment to finalize its production lines, such as ; automatic stacking and counting devices, bundles presses, spray booths and electrical hot presses. |
