 | Pulpers: Low or high density pulpers are supplied in SPM Complete Plants. They are exclusively manufactured in stainless steel 304L and supplied with a weight cell coupled with an electronic scale. The waste paper is hoisted or conveyed into the Pulper. According to the quality level of the waste paper the plant can be completed with pulp cleaning devices such as Epurex Turbo Cleaner, High density cyclone or screen filter. |
 | Storage: Stock & water are stored, mixed and distributed to the plant via a layout of stainless steel tanks and pipes. All controls are centralized and accessible via the “Touch screen” at the operator console. |
 | Vacuum Assembly: A vacuum assembly is sized for every plant and includes a NASH Liquid Ring vacuum pump, a Sulzer cooling tower ,a vacuum separator with pumps and level controls. |
